wednesdays went to watch The Forbidden Kingdom with nicholas and jaric ahah nice show abit lame as the news says , speaking english ?? in the old china ? CHIM ........ even the monk know english LOL lame >.< ... healthier lifestyle i need >.< must lessen porn!!and pcc >.< .... ahahaha more exercise! becuase its commando i see next year >.< .... 1 year to prepare , hopefully its enough ~ !_! >.< ~_~

so fast.. a year in ITE have passed ... next year will finally be my no more delays NS .. my biggest dream .. COMMANDOS .... i am come ... i wish for commandos and i will get into it ... its wat i always believe !! my real training starts NOW !!! ROAR!!!

haiz... as a guy i will nv understand wat a gal have to been thru every month...but after seeing one who is suffering so much from it ... i'm kind of lose and panic to react ... inexperience on it .. well all i can say is ...stand and watch ... -_- ....it much be real .. pain .. but i will nv understand it .. haiz hope ya take care :)
